In the heart of Paris 6, district of fashion, writers, jazz clubs, live and movie theaters (english speaking) and museums; close to the Seine river, the Eiffel tower and the Luxembourg gardens, this studio is a dream location for holidays or a work spell in the city of lights! The studio has a terrace surrounded by trees, wonderful in summer to relax or have breakfast. The inner door opens easily if you pull the handle at the same time as you turn the key
The Space:
Located in a residential neighborhood, calm and safe yet lively (cafés, restaurants, boutiques, pastry shops, wine cellars abound).
Inside:
Perfect for 2 people.
A loft area sustains a queen-size bed; beneath, 2 armchairs; another armchair and low tables furnish the living space along with TV, DVD, and broadband wifi internet access.
The kitchen, modernly designed, has all necessary amenities: table and chairs for 4, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, etc...
A dishwasher, laundry washer/dryer, refrigerator, and microwave oven will make your stay very comfortable.
The bathroom, modern and functional, has a powerful shower, a hair dryer, and a toilet.
Outside:
A private deck surrounded by tall bushes will let you take your breakfast quietly in the morning sun.

Guests will have access to the whole flat

From the Airports (Orly & CDG)
RER-B to Châtelet les Halles => line 4, direction Clignancourt. Get off at Saint-Placide. Walk North on Rue Saint-Placide one block, then left on rue du Cherche-Midi.
Other Things to Note:
The appartement is on the ground floor.
Check-ins are normally from 15h. We will ask you for an extra 20 € for check-ins after 22H (to be paid in cash when you arrive).

Please be aware that you are legally required to pay the city tax amount of maximum 2.88€ per night and per guests over 18 as part of the french regulation.

The loft bed was a bit challenging in the middle of the night. A small issue was sorted immediately by the manager. The wiring needs some attention. The toaster tripped the fuse if anything else was on, even one light.
