The style of the hotel was very nice, but what makes the hotel are the staff, Mr Thomas, Hazel, Bjorn, Bitey just to name a few couldn’t do enough for us especially when it was quite stressful because of all the flights cancelled due to the trouble in the Middle East. We can not thank them enough x

Our stay at Casa was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we checked in, the staff, especially Hazel, were incredibly welcoming and efficient. Our room, was immaculate, spacious, and the bed was one of the most comfortable. We particularly enjoyed [Pool area and garden]. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the cleanliness to the friendly service, truly made our trip special. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Calangute and look forward to staying with you again! Particular to mention their room names and their heritage infra is impressive.
