Struttura all'interno di un vecchio palazzo di un piano, totalmente ristrutturato in stile moderno pur mantenendo dettagli tipici. Presenta una cucina comune, per le 2 stanze al primo piano, completa di elettrodomestici ed aria condizionata. La stanza è spaziosa anch'essa dotata di aria condizionata e di un piccolo ma utilissimo terrazzino. Altro punto a favore sono le zanzariere a tutti gli infissi sempre apprezzate per un maggior confort durante il soggiorno. Colazione inclusa (brioche+ bevanda) presso bar convenzionati.
Per arrivare alla perfezione ci sarebbero da rivedere qualche piccolissimo dettaglio , tra cui : -C'é una ripida scala per arrivare al primo piano (comunque fattibili per una persona normodotata) dove però andrebbe aumentatoa almeno di una ventina di secondi la temporizzazione per lo spegnimento delle luci. - Il piccolo terrazzino presenta un carinissimo tavolino con sedie entrambi in ferro che necessitano di qualche ora di fai da te per eliminare la ruggine e riportarle al loro splendore.
