Location is perfect. View and terrace is very good. Large apartment, quiet building
A mosque is close and sometimes in the midnight the prayer sound may not let you sleep for few minutes

was a very good location
the place was not very clean ,I got in about 3.00am and at about 9.30 someone was at my door knocking.the fridge was not working the main bathroom had a leak so theses guys came because the was was coming from the apartment on top so they closed that bathroom and never fixed it . I was send a email telling me that I got upgraded to a better apartment before I came to Dubai and I told the guy who came to let us in but he said that that was the upgrade.Also I went to the mall and took a taxi when I give them the address which was Boulevard Height that was not a he address when I arrived at the airport the driver spoke to the guy with the apartment.I had problems every day .Tow nights before I left I got a call ask if I would like to go to a better apartment I thought about it but it was only for one night so I refused
