The split floor plan offers two private bedrooms and full bathroom with pool access.
Relax outdoors in the expansive lanai with gorgeous views of an oversized canal and nightly sunsets, sun deck with plenty of sun for sun worshipers and covering for shade seekers, wet bar, outdoor shower, and gas grill. Private pool has built-in seats (heating optional, with an additional charge. Must be arranged in advance) with adjoining jacuzzi spa.
Conveniently located only two blocks from Charlotte Harbor and a variety of restaurants, shops, and marina at Fisherman’s Village. The marina offers charters for the deep-sea fishing enthusiast. Sunset cruises, island beach cruises, and dolphin/manatee sightseeing cruises are also available. Beautiful property close to Fisherman’s Village. All necessities present including paper products, cleaning products and even pool towels. Easy check in and prompt communication with host throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
