The pool table was a nice to have sine the weather was too cool to be outside.
The property did not have a Kuerig that would have allowed each of us coffee to enjoy.

Good neighborhood
First time I stayed at an airbnb that didn't supply wash cloths. They had plenty of towels but no wash cloths. First day there told them toilet seat was broke (actually just loose, not mine so I wasn't touching it), said they would get it fixed right away. No one ever contacted us the entire time we were there (7 days). House is dated, peeling paint on the ceiling.
