Accueil chaleureux et emplacement idéal.
L’appartement est agréable, mais l’emplacement n’est pas tout à fait à 5 minutes des plages : il faut plutôt une quinzaine de minutes en vélo. La terrasse et les meubles mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement, ce qui améliorerait encore le confort du séjour.

L’emplacement et la terrasse très grande
Le logement est correct dans l’ensemble, mais ancien et peu entretenu : poêles et casseroles inutilisables, douche inconfortable (pas de support ni de porte-savon), placard d’entrée cassé depuis longtemps. L’accès est compliqué sans accueil sur place, et en cas de problème, aucune assistance. J’ai signalé plusieurs dysfonctionnements au gestionnaire, sans jamais recevoir de réponse. La caution de 500 € me semble très excessive au vu de l’état général du logement.
