La maison est vraiment très bien équipée, chaque détail est pensé pour qu'on s'y sente bien et qu'il ne nous manque rien. La maison est parfaitement conforme aux photos. Le ménage est fait tous les 2 jours.
L'emplacement central est pratique mais la maison est collée à la route principale et le bruit des voitures est fort et quasi permanent...dommage parce que l maison est vraiment chouette.

Η βίλα ήταν πανεμορφη, καθαρή και τα παρείχε όλα. Στη μέση του νησιου και με μηχανάκι 5 λεπτά από το λιμάνι του Γάιου. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενικότατος
Το σπίτι είναι στη φύση οπόταν μας καθάριζαν την πισίνα και μέχρι το απόγευμα γέμιζε χώματα και έντομα. Ίσως θα ήταν ιδανικό ένα κάλυμμα

Beautiful pool (salt water). Very clean and well kept place. Spacious. 15 minute walk down to Gaios town. 5-7 Euro taxi back up the hill. Everything you need for a small family or group.
Bring a speaker (Few music options). Ideally a second parasol would have been good , master bedroom air conditioning a little noisy but these are very small issues. Loved the place!

the villa looks better in reality than in the pictures. it is fully equipped you don't need anything at all just a good mood. if you are a cat lover it is the purrrfect place to love 7 friendly cats. It was wonderful.
if you get a few rainy days, unfortunately you won't have hot water, because the water is only heated by solar energy
