Super friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast menu provides everything you need, cosy and clean appartment rooms on high standard, wellness area available even we did not enjoy, a small bar provides drinks in the evening
Nothing to complain. For lunch or dinner you will have to visit a local restaurant or pizzaria with a 10 minutes walk, no big deal. If you want to drive you have many opportunities for dining up in Stary Smokovec too.

Everything was great !!! Jarka and Veronika were so kind , had patience even for noisy kids.. , gave many recommendations for the area , organised a very good and tasty breakfast. The rooms were very clean and with lots of space and touch . A wonderful place for our family . ( or for couples )
All was great .

The accommodation itself, the vibe, and the on site staff were all excellent.
Despite offering on their website that kids under 3 years old stay for free, the hotel booking department charges 30 Eur per night both on booking.com and when booked directly. They refused to refund when asked to honor their offer.
