Nice place nearby the beach.

Perfect location, within 2 minutes you are on the beautiful beach.

The bathroom is functional, but could be improved, for example, with hooks for clothes and towels, a shower curtain, and something to hang the shower head on.

Unfortunately there was building work going on next door whilst I was staying there, so there was some noise both sides. There is low water pressure from the shower hose, so having a shower is not great, especially if you want to wash your hair. Just a bath, with no shower curtain, so the floor gets wet. The kitchen needed updating and a deep clean. The owner was very approachable, and the location is great, close to the lovely beach. There was also a power cut and no water for 5 hours one day, but it was problem in the village.

Fantastic holiday in a beautiful setting

Close proximity to the beautiful beach and fabulous restaurants. Lovely comfortable bed. Great communication with the very kind owner. Had a really lovely holiday. Would highly recommend.

The shower could do with a shower door or curtain. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

Definitely worth the money, especially for its location.

The location was perfect, just two minutes from the beautiful sandy beach. It is very well equipped with everything in the kitchen that you may need. The host was great, and I could contact him at any time. Take into consideration if yu plan to come before the season (basically any time before Easter) that everything in the town is closed except one bar (Funky) next to the beach, one supermarket (well-equipped), and one small coffee shop. If you don't rent a car there are two buses per day that go directly to Corfu town.

It could be a little bit cleaner (but still totally fine). Also bear in mind that the end of March may be still pretty cold and windy from the sea (we were provided with a heater, air-con, and blankets, but it is good to know.

Lovely, superbly equipped, spacious apartment. Spotless,comfortable, good WiFi and perfect location. Beach 1 minutes walk away, nice restaurants easily accessible along the beach. Our host was very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nice quiet apartment with only 50m from the beach, 200m from nearest restaurants/bars that are on the beach with crystal clear water. Friendly polite owner, giving you directions for the small city, he is available all the time if you need anything necessary. Highly recommended and looking forward to stay here.

First of all I loved the hospitality of Dionysis. He met us at the airport and was leading our way to the property. Secondly, he provided complementary treats and all kinds of drinks. He explained how everything works and told us not to hesitate to contact him if needed. The apartment was clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. The beach is few meters away, there a lot of restaurants, stores, and tourist attractions. If you want everything to be close and a high quality apartment you are definitely in the right place. Thank you!

Perfekt Lage, ruhig aber trotzdem Zentral, wir fanden es super!

Super Lage. Ruhig, trotzdem ist man schnell am Strand und nicht weit weg von Restaurants, Supermärkten und netten Läden. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist super. Meine Tochter konnte im Wohnzimmer schlafen und ich hatte das Schlafzimmer für mich. Kleiner Gartenbereich mit zwei Stühlen und Sonnenliegen. Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Wir konnten uns gut erholen. Durch die Schlüsselbox konnten wir schon früh morgens ins Appartement.

Die Schränke und Kommoden im Wohnbereich und die Schränke in der Küche rochen sehr muffig. Die Küche war sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Kein Schneidebrett oder Messer, nur zwei kleine Tassen, kaum Kochutensilien. Eine kurze Einweisung vom Vermieter persönlich wäre schöne gewesen, bezüglich Wasserboiler, TV usw. Wir haben aber alles gemeistert und nach einem Stromausfall hat er uns umgehend per Whats App geholfen.

Близьке розташування до моря. Хвилина і вже пляж. В номері було все необхідне для готування. Є пральна машина, працює нормально.

Дуже скрипуче ліжко. Ніж на кухні був трохи старий і ржавий. Незручно користуватись ванною, навколо все мокре.

Príliš vysoká cena vzhľadom na zanedbaný stav a špinu

Priestrannosť Check-in bez časového obmedzenia cez bezpečnostnú schránku. Blízkosť pláže - skratkou do minúty ste na pláži.

Šváby - hneď druhý deň sme našli švába (čo majiteľ následne ani neriešil) Stonožky - viackrát nájdený hmyz Špina - špinavé taniere, rýchlovarná kanvica, omrvinky v mikrovlnke od predošlých hostí, lepkavé rúčky príborov. Pavučiny na stolíkoch a stoličkách Slabý tlak vody v sprche Chýbajúce hygienické potreby (mali byť poskytnuté) "Snack bar" sú v skutočnosti iba sáčky s čajom Nedbalý prístup majiteľa - museli sme sa dostať do zúfalej situácie, kedy sa partnerka nemohla dostať z vane, lebo voda vôbec netiekla. Majiteľ prišiel riešiť aj švába. Požadovali sme deratizáciu obytného priestoru, čo najskôr sľuboval, ale potom ignoroval, a napísal iba jednu správu, či je všetko v poriadku - ale to, čo sme chceli, aby riešil, neriešil počas celého pobytu. Riešili sme situáciu so švábom a so špinou cez Booking, a výsledok? Majiteľ ignoruje nielen nás, ale aj výzvy, ktoré mu posiela Booking. Neodpovedá, nevyjadruje sa k stavu, na ktorý sme poukazovali a ktorý sa rozhodol počas nášho pobytu ignorovať. Nedajte sa zlákať cenou a blízkosťou pláže. Určite nájdete lepšie ubytovanie.
