About this house rental
New Listing! Wonderful luxury vacation home with private pool and lagoon views. Luxury vacation home completely updated with luxury vinyl plank, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, new bathrooms and new furniture. You have a wonderful outdoor living space with great lagoon views to relax after a fun day at the beach or golf course. King size bed in the master suite, queen bed in guest room, two double beds in the guest room with fold out couch in the sun room. Pool can be heated for $750 per week or $150 per day. Wonderful pool and hot tub on the large outdoor deck. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 41 Governers Rd is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.
Living room has vaulted ceilings with lots of sun light coming in. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room with stainless steel appliances. Living room, sun room, and kitchen all have great pool and lagoon views. Master suite has a beautiful en suite master bath with glass shower and granite counters. Guest rooms are very large with lots of space to spread out. Guest rooms share a full size bath. Guest room has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two double beds. There is also a half bath off the kitchen for guests in the living area.

The property and pool was lovely and clean and we enjoyed several days sitting out on the deck. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Robert was easy to contact about any questions and helpful in arranging rentals (golf clubs).It was a wonderful stay! Thank you!

We loved this house! It was very clean and updates all around. Great location in Sea Pines to get anywhere you want pretty quickly. Everything was as advertised and a very easy check in and check out process. We have already booked our trip back to this house next year.
