About this house rental
Our home has a Great open floor plan, a social room with the big heavy wooden pocket doors so it can also be divided off. There's a comfortable front porch and a open back yard perfect for outdoor games, a fire pit lots of chairs, picnic tables and grill. There have been many gatherings and memories spent in this backyard. We have Plenty of parking including space for boats if your here for a fishing tournament. We are located in a cozy small town with lots to offer, NKP Railroad Museum, Lyme Village, Seneca Caverns, Twin Lakes Golf just to name a few - we are only 20-25 minutes from Lake Erie, Cedar Point, Ferry to Put n Pay or Kelly's Island, close to several bird watching areas, near several of the top fishing tournaments and we have boat parking for at least 3-4 boats (truck and trailer/so you wouldn't have to unhook), fish cleaning station w/water & lights right on site, a containers for the waste /a freezer upon request and much more. We are also more than willing to set the house up to meet your needs, decorate for any special events, indoor/outdoor activities for kids and or adults,...... I have been a Travel Agent for 42 year and have spent my life escorting groups and I Love making sure everything is taken care of and that that memories are made..... having the Link House has only added to the pride of what I want to do. Loved the old house feel and wooden floors. Felt safe and enjoyed the small town feel. Sleeping arrangements were tight as the bunk bed areas are not very spacious for teenagers and adults.

We had a comfortable stay at this property. It was well stocked and had lots of rooms and nice bathrooms. We even grilled out on the grill and that worked great. A few key things could improve it. The refrigerator was not clean at all. Yuck. The TV was only smart in the dining area and it was so high up on the ceiling, it was not comfortable to watch. We couldn’t stream the Olympics in the living room because the TV there didn’t show up for air play. Must not be smart. We tried to contact the hosts and they didn’t respond. Hopefully there will be a few improvements before our next stay. We have booked it for next year because it is in the location we need in order to visit our mom in memory care in Bellevue.

We were met by the owners, Jill & Kip and they gave us a tour of the house along with a little history behind it. It is a lovely house and we could tell that a lot of renovations were done to upgrade several areas (bathrooms, kitches, etc.). Everything was perfect from the small amenties to the 'cupcakes with Troop 95' on the icing! They were very accommodating and it was very much appreciated by all. The guys loved it.
