Infraestrutura, apartamento todo equipado, conforto e sem estresse. Proprietário muito atencioso e disposto a deixar tudo certo para hospedagem. Lugar maravilhoso para casal e família.

Localização excelente. Apartamento bem equipado, muito limpo. Com tvs e ar condicionado em todos os ambientes. Com todos os utensilios de cozinha.
Somente os colchões precisam de um pouco de atençao.

Da localização, da estrutura, organização limpeza comodidade, espaço do apartamento.
As camas são velhas e ruim para dormir e como mofo, noites péssimas, os eletrodomésticos (micro-ondas, sanduícheira, arfraier e chaleira eletrica) são velhos, sujos e enferrujado, nojentos, as panelas e louças eram velhas e sujas parecem sobras pessoais todas riscadas e queimadas. O bebedouro nao esfriava a agua, informei ao responsável que nao se importou. O banheiro tinha vazamentos. Não possui nada de material de limpeza como desengordurante ou veneno para muriçocas ou aranhas pois avia muita teias pelos cômodos, a experiência de abandono do lugar.
