This villa is located on the second row back from the sea, in the very exclusive and charming area of Binisafua Rotters, a quiet residential area on the south coast of the island. The charming beach of Binisafuller is just 4 minutes away on foot and 200 meters in front of the villa is a fabulous bathing area where you get to swim in crystal clear waters.
The villa has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and spectacular sea views, from where you can really relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the Menorcan coast.
All on one level the property consists of two houses; the newly built main house and an older guest house that has been very nicely restored maintaining its Menorcan character. L'annonce est conforme à la réalité, très belle vue, une terrasse très agréable pour les repas et apéritifs, une belle piscine, la literie est impeccable, de belles pièces à vivre, un panier de bienvenue très apprécié. La maison est bien située avec des commerces à proximité (en voiture) ainsi que pour visiter l'île. Le seul petit bémol c'est que l'on n'est pas loin de l'aéroport et on entend les avions passés, heureusement le passage n'est pas toute la journée en continue, en même temps l'île n'est pas grande.
Mais nous avons passé de très belles vacances, la communication est facile pour cette location. N'hésitez pas à y séjourner, le dépaysement est très agréable.
