About this villa rental
An excellent villa for several families or groups of friends who are on their holidays together, VILLA JARAMA has everything that you will need for a relaxing stay. Set in a fantastic location, it is just a few minutes' walk from Binibeca beach (with a number of amenities located just a short walk away.) It boasts stylish decoration within our standards Quality Club, modern, comfortable and high-quality facilities as well as a large private pool surrounded by a wonderful garden with sea views.
VILLA JARAMA features 3 large bedrooms with wardrobes (master suite with a king bed, 1 double room and 1 twin room), another small room with 90 cm long bunk-beds and a large living room with fire place and comfortable sofa bed, which may easily be turned into a fifth room for 2 adults or children. Two bathrooms (one ensuite with shower and another one with a bath), a modern separate kitchen (completely equipped with laundry area) and a pleasant and bright living&dining room with access to the terrace and garden/pool area complete this very well -designed, comfortable and bright villa.
The large covered terrace with sea views, set over two heights separated by a few steps, comes with a brick BBQ, awning and quality furniture, the ideal place to enjoy family meals and for relaxing during the long, lazy summer days. Climbing up a few steps, you will have access to the large pool, sun terrace, ping-pong table area and charming outdoor shower, all of which are surrounded by beautiful greenery. At the side of the villa, you can access to the roof terrace, enjoying panoramic sea views and equipped with an original relax double sunbed.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 people. This may be increased to 12 by adding two extra cots or a cot and an extra bed (an extra charge will apply).
Binibeca's beautiful beach, and the emblematic Poblado de Pescadores, are both a few minutes' walk away. Five minutes away from the villa, there are 2 supermarkets, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. The wonderful environment offer pleasant walks by the sea, and platforms to swim in its turquoise waters.

The villa exceeded expectations. It was clean and well furnished to allow for a comfortable stay. The layout worked really well for our family of 7. Lovely private garden, quiet road but good location as near beach and bars/shops. Great comms with the host. Would 100% recommend.

Great outside space with plenty of room in the pool and the garden. The living area / kitchen are a bit small which wouldn’t usually matter however we had a day of rain so bear this in mind if you will be spending time inside the villa.
The fridge could have been cooler and struggled at times to keep our food cold.
Great location near a beautiful beach, the only drawback for us is that there weren’t many restaurants nearby that catered for the wide range of tastes in our group - children, vegetarian and someone who doesn’t like seafood! If you’re planning to spend a lot of time at the villa though for your meals this doesn’t matter. The nearby supermarket is good for basics although expensive so it would be handy to have a car to do a bigger supermarket shop however we went to Eroski on the bus and got a taxi back with the shopping.
All in all a good holiday and communication with Menorca Select was excellent - they were only a WhatsApp away.

Beliggenheten var fin, uteområdet med basseng og terasse var veldig bra. Gangavstand til flott badestrand. Hyggelig mottakelse fra representanten fra Redorka, Andres Armengol,som responderte godt på alle spørsmål og henvendelser.
Etter vårt syn er dette huset altfor lite til 12 personer. Vi var heldige som hadde fint vær og trengte ikke oppholde oss inne på dagtid. I utgangspunktet var det soveplasser til 10 pers., og vi betalte for 2 ekstrasenger. Et av soverommene hadde køyesenger og var beregnet til 2 personer. Dette rommet var svært trangt, hadde ikke aircondition og manglet myggnetting foran vinduet slik at man ikke kunne ha vinduet åpent om natten. Med de temperaturene vi hadde under oppholdet var dette rommet nærmest ubrukelig. Vi tok dette opp med Redorka, men de fant ingen løsning i løpet av vårt opphold. Det burde vært et skikkelig soverom til og et ekstra bad til når man leier dette huset ut til 12 personer. Slik huset er i dag er det fint for 6 - 8 personer.
Kjøkkenet var litt trangt, stekeovnen fungerte ikke (bare grilleffekt) og en av platene på koketoppen var ikke i orden. Når heller ikke grillen ute fungerte optimalt begrenset det mulighetene for å lage mat selv slik vi ønsket. Også dette tok vi opp med Redorka uten at de fant noen løsninger på disse tingene.
Vi hadde tre relativt små leiebiler, men porten var svært trang, så selv om det i utgangspunktet var plass til i hvert fall 2 biler innenfor gjerdet var det vanskelig å manøvrere biler inn pga. kort avstand til husveggen. Dermed ble de stående ute i gaten. Vi tillater oss å foreslå at man utvider porten noe.
Oppsummert hadde vi et bra opphold med fint vær og gode opplevelser, Menorca var en spennende øy. Villa Jarama var et fint hus med et fint uteområde, men vi følte oss noe "snytt" av størrelsen på huset og de manglene som er nevnt ovenfor.
