The house is in a perfect position. Walking distance to the beach around 3 minutes. There is a garden on the front and on the back with sitting possibilities which is nice. Air conditioning is working well and the kitchen has all basic needing.
The price is in comparison to what is given very high. The real reason seems to be the close distance to the sea. All in all the apartment could be more modern and more equipment for the kitchen. The sitting sack for children is broken. We didn't meet the owner which was sad.

The property is very specious with comfortable furniture. It has everything you'd need for your holiday. The beach is only a couple of minutes away on foot. It is nice there is a small table with chairs in front with a tree casting a shadow.
While it's great that there is allocated parking it can be tricky to get out and you need to sync with the guests on the other floor as the cars block each other as they are parked in a single file. The bathroom could use a glass around the shower so it could stay dry outside the shower area.
