La situation géographique et appartement pratique Agréable au mois d'avril.
Immeuble entièrement en location courte durée. Parties communes vétustes, accès à l'appartement 11 difficile car plancher des paliers instable, sans ascenseur. Odeur d'égout très présente. Saleté omniprésente : linge de maison taché, joints salle de bain noirs.
