Tolle Lage, sehr gut gepflegt, super leise.
Leider fiel am 2. Tag das WLAN aus, auf eine Email erhielten wir keine Antwort, die Telefonnummer, die für Probleme hinterlegt war, habe ich deswegen nicht angerufen. Im Nachhinein war auch verständlich, weshalb die Email bezüglich WLAN nicht beantwortet wurde: mangels Internetverbindung wurde sie von meinem Handy nicht verschickt. Nachdem die Mail von zu Hause verschickt hatte kam unmittelbar eine Antwort mit Instruktionen sowie dem Angebot umgehend jemanden vorbeizuschicken um das Problem zu beheben. GROSSARTIG!!!!! Als wir dann den check out um 1 Stunde verschieben wollten, war die Dame am Telefon sehr freundlich und hat das zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gemanagt.
