Lovely staff, great location, ability to drop off stuff in center, great breakfast, had all we needed.
All good. Eye mask is helpful as light comes in door and windows.

Nice room with good air conditioning. The member of staff who checked us in was helpful and friendly. Fantastic location right in the middle of the citadel.
Very limited choice at breakfast. On day 2 we had to ask staff to put out more as there was nothing left even though it was only halfway through breakfast time. We were told it would take 10 minutes. Both members of staff we dealt with at breakfast seemed uninterested and were busy on their mobile phones and yawning. We don't expect to have to ask for hot drinks and extra food! There was never anyone at reception so you had to catch someone working in the restaurant if you needed anything.
