Location is within reasonable walking distance of Palais des Festivals.
I would have liked to know clearly before booking that the landlady, Sabine herself would also stay in the apartment during the rented period. For example, you share the bathroom with toilet together. By the way, I did not experience any inconvenience, I want to make that clear, she is working a lot. There was no possibility when I found out about this to cancel or I lost the deposit of 450 euros. Personally I don't think this is neat, I asked several times if this was possible because I didn't feel comfortable with this. For me business wise this was a one time use of this location.
