About this apartment rental
Summary:
Beautifully decorated with charming touches, this unit is located in a small apartment building of a total of 7 units in the center of Burlington. This is very close to downtown and the Lake as well as shopping and public transportation. We have just finished renovating this apartment, new kitchen, bathroom, and flooring. Our places are very clean and safe. The building has a FOB-controlled entrance for safety.
The Space:
The apartment is bright with its many large windows, in the photos the blinds are pulled up however we do have privacy and window coverings. Parking for guest or visitors is available, and there is laundry facilities in the building. Please note we have stairs to get to the unit.
Guest Access:
Guests will be provided lockbox information 24 hours before check-in, and from there will be able to use their FOB to enter the building and their unit.
The Neighborhood:
The building is a stone's throw from restaurants and shopping. A 10-minute walk to the GO station and transit. We are a short distance from the Burlington Lakefront, boutiques, fine dining, and theatre. Burlington is approximately 30 minutes from Niagara Falls and downtown Toronto.
Other Things to Note:
House Guidelines:
- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit or near exits.
- Kindly show consideration for your neighbors by maintaining low noise levels.
- Parties are not permitted.
- This is a fully private apartment. We have paid laundry in the basement which is shared.
- Please park on the left side of the driveway
- Replacement fees will apply for any missing or damaged amenities, utilities, or equipment.
- Towels, sheets, and toiletries are provided for your use during your stay. Please refrain from taking them. Missing items will incur fees.
- If you are accompanied by pets, please pick up after them
- the unit has central heating which cannot be controlled. We can provide extra space heaters if needed

Overall it was a cute, cozy and clean apartment. Neighborhood was great. Has all the amenities required. Note: Bathroom Fan needs to be fixed- was noisy! Would recommend staying here.

We stayed here with my family for two weeks during a work trip. Only inconvenience was laundry is in basement and the neighbour was a bit funny about parking our car next to her motorbike. Otherwise reasonable location. Easy walk to park. Had most things that we needed. An effort had been made to make it homely.

Great location, 25 minute walk to downtown so we could park our car and walk to weekend music festival. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was good with good water pressure, full kitchen available for cooking which we did so we could avoid eating out each meal. Really nice quiet neighbourhood and building. People in apartment above were heavy with footsteps. It didn’t bother us but if you require silence when they’re home upstairs there is some sound you hear. Manager of unit was very quick to respond when we asked for something. Unit does not have central air, rather 2 small a/c units which were adequate for the temperatures we had on our weekend. We would stay again.
