Summary:
Welcome to The Edin Manor, The WINCHESTER 3-bedroom self-contained unit in the heart of Burlington. This unit is so Charming, and very comfortable in our 1850's Victorian home that has been completely renovated. This tastefully fully furnished three-bedroom features a king-size bed in a loft with an ensuite. The loft bedroom features a Juliet balcony with beautiful windows that share views of the mature yard. The other 2 bedrooms are on the main level in the very private and quiet home.
The Space:
The Winchester is a 3-bedroom unit. The unit has a locked entrance to a seating area porch, ensuite laundry, parking, and 2 entrances. The décor is very unique and beautiful. We are very particular about hygiene, we make sure the home is sparkling clean including all the bedding and linens. The property is ready to move into with the comforts of your own home.

WE HAVE MANDATED THAT OUR CLEANERS STERILIZE ALL DOOR HANDLES BATHROOMS ETC. property has a beautiful large yard. BBQ, and a pretty private seating area.
The Neighborhood:
The Edin Manor is a stone's throw from restaurants and shopping. A 10-minute walk to the GO station and transit. We are a short distance from the Burlington Lakefront, boutiques, fine dining, and theatre. Burlington is approximately 30 minutes from Niagara Falls and downtown Toronto.
Other Things to Note:
House Guidelines:
- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit or near exits.
- Kindly show consideration for your neighbors by maintaining low noise levels.
- Parties are not permitted.
- The driveway, and yard are communal spaces.
_ Your unit has free private laundry
- Replacement fees will apply for missing or damaged amenities, utilities, or equipment.
- Towels, sheets, and toiletries are provided for your use during your stay. Please refrain from taking them. Missing items will incur fees.
- If pets accompany you, please pick up after them.
- Please be aware that all outdoor areas are monitored by surveillance.
Note: We have landscaping contractors who will be at the property weekly.

The unit fit our unique needs very well, the neighborhood is wonderful. Close to the waterfront and wide choice of options for food. Walmart nearby for odds and ends. Kuerig with coffee was a very nice touch. The big table setting is a bit unnecessary, while nice touch, because you have to move it all to use the table. Only problems were the lack of instructions on the HVAC system, TVs, etc so you know how things work. Trash disposal was confusing. HVAC system was not operating properly or we couldn’t figure out how to work it so it was miserably hot upstairs. Some questions submitted prior to arrival were never answered. Better communication and a double check of house systems before each rental would make this a 5-star stay
