Spacious and boasting a unique townhouse-like layout, this two-level oceanfront condo is more than ready to assist in making the best memories with loved ones here in Ocean City. As soon as you enter the upper level, you will be greeted by the wall of windows that lead to the private furnished balcony that looks out to the emerald blue water of the ocean and white sand below! This level also boasts a full kitchen complete with everything needed to whip up tasty meals, a large living area featuring a flatscreen TV, and a dining table to gather at for game nights. Not to mention, the shared pool can be just the place to escape the heat come summer!
You will fall in love with this location, as this condo sits perfectly between Maryland Beach and Ocean City Beach. The Acme grocery store is also just across the street! If you want to check out the local shops and restaurants, you can walk from the resort and find your own favorite places. Plus, amazing attractions including Jolly Roger Amusement Park (four miles south), Ocean City Boardwalk (six miles), and Trimper's Rides of Ocean City (six-and-a-half miles).
Things to Know
Please note: During the off-season, After Labor Day and before Memorial Day the building will be doing balcony reconstruction work. Construction will take place on weekdays, and guests may experience some intermittent noise during this time.
A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out.
The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.
The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The views were absolutely amazing from the large windows overlooking the ocean and the bay. We saw dolphins multiple times. There were blackout curtains so that the light wasn't too strong in the morning. The porch overlooking the ocean was very relaxing. Different types of coffee makers were very accommodating. Loved having a king bed in the master bedroom. We used the pool which was clean. Only complaint was at the elevator was a bit noisy being right next to the unit. The elevator sound did decrease the later it got in the night due to less use. Really love the fact that this was a two-level place.

Condo was clean with nice views. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Room is right beside elevator so heard that in the middle of the night and early morning.

Upon arrival we had no hot water. With two toddlers that was a bit of a nightmare. I was on hold for VASA for close to an hour with no response and finally got through by saying I had a safety issue. However, maintenance was not able to resolve our problem and we NEVER got the hot water. We were told the owners needed to look further into this so we are disappointed it wasn’t addressed during our stay.
One thing that should be noted is that the condo is next to an elevator and you will hear it at all hours. The sound is more like. Thunder rumble and not anything too annoying, but if you don’t like to be woken up by noise or are a light sleeper don’t book this room. Also, certain kitchen utensils were dirty (one scissors seemed to have blood on it - yuck), the drawers were a little out of service and lighting in the dinning area is dark.
I will say that the views from this condo is STUNNING. You get both the beautiful Ocean sunrise and the gorgeous bay sunset. Everything seems to have been updated so it looked beautiful. And the neighbors were all lovely people. The location was great and parking so easy and available for us.
Hope this helps families know what to ask for before booking.
