On the banks of the Marne, single-story furnished wooden exterior with terrace. Garden furniture and barbecue. 2 bedrooms (2 double beds (140cm) and 1 high bed (90cm)) - Kitchen with sitting area with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people - Washing machine - TV - Shower room with WC - Hotspot box for internet with a limited 25 GB plan. If the 25 GB plan is exceeded, top-up in 5 GB increments is possible, payable directly to the Chaumont urban area.
Cleaning for businesses: €52. If the cottage is not returned in the condition in which it was booked, a cleaning invoice will be required. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Baby crib and high chair available upon request.
Fenced grounds, badminton available, other outdoor games upon request.
