Gîte, accredited by Gîtes de France, in the heart of a charming village of 1,500 inhabitants, classified as a "Petite Cité de Caractère" (Small Town of Character), located between Champagne and Burgundy in the National Forest Park. Just steps away, you can stroll through a 270-hectare fully enclosed park where fallow deer roam. Ground floor: Kitchen/dining room/living room. Private terrace with awning. First floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom and toilet. Second floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds) and a relaxation area on the landing with an extra single bed (suitable for a child). Garage (motorcycles/bicycles). Cleaning fee: €60. Bed linen, towels, and household linen included.
Electricity: 8 kWh included per day; additional usage will be charged and payable on site to the owner.
The cost of heating oil will be payable to the owner upon departure, based on actual consumption (meter reading).
Please remember to bring a holiday rental certificate to give to the owner upon arrival.
You will be 45 km from the city of Langres, 80 km from Troyes, and 100 km from Dijon.
You can visit General de Gaulle's family home, La Boisserie, and the Memorial located in Colombey-les-Deux-Églises, 25 km away.
