3 bedrooms! Spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Nice washing machine . Location was also great.
Sometimes the host did not respond to messages. Also, we had 4 people and a total of 3 towels. We managed.

Joss was awesome to communicate with, gave us a little tourist guide. Offers a driver for rides to and from the airport. Apartment is well priced, right outside the heart of the historic center. Its spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this to people coming to Quito. There are a few stairs but they are not full flights so still extremely manageable to get up

Excellent apartment with 3 bedrooms though we only used one. Wifi excellent, large and new-looking washing machine, and there is a small outside drying area. The street is quiet and steep, but you can walk quickly to the restaurants etc. The stores around are small, and the fact that everything is secured behind bars implies that the neighbourhood is a little sketchy, but inside the compound it is super safe.
Make sure you have a good whatsapp connection as you need it to get the helpful doorman to open.

Very comfortable with all facilities provided. Great location only a few meters from La Ronda in the old town, the restaurant and bar hub.
Necessary to climb up 2 flights of stairs.
