The staff is really very friendly. The view is stunning, and I like that the balcony is almost bigger than the room itself. The location is perfect. Mostly for the view, but also acces to Armenistis town with nice bars for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The major reasons for the low score are the uncomfortable beds and the shower. This must be the worst mattress I have ever (tried to) sleep/slept on. Also not a big fan of the shower. Its the type that you can't hang anywhere and you have to hold it the whole time. Also, the bathroom is quite small, so basically the whole bathroom is the shower (wetroom) and the choice for wooden doors was therefore not the best. On the bottom they rot, obviously.
Having said this, I did see construction work going on in other rooms, I hope they are improving the rooms and beds for the future.
