The staff was nice.

Location wasn’t good, didn’t want to walk anywhere from it. Food was terrible, very little choice and gross breakfast bagels. Very limited tv channels. Didn’t feel like a Hilton property. The added fees for our pet and parking made this an expensive stay in a not great place.

It was convenient to where I needed to be.

Some of the staff were rude. Breakfast was insufficient. They ran out of sausage and oatmeal. The wait person gave me an attitude.

The location was convenient to many sights. The room was large. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was below average with limited choice. Kitchen was not well stocked. Lots if little things needed repair. Thus facility could be excellent with better maintenance.

Everything. My Father passed away. We went to a Giants game to honor his memory&chose this hotel to stay near venue. HORRIBLE!!! First noticed homeless activity in parking lot. Next, the black hairs around bathroom sink. Then my bed sheets had small paw prints in dirt on them. People yelling in hallway until 3AM, so no sleep. The icing on cake had to be the pile(S) of vomit in the hallway near our room for over 8hours. Saw it@1130-12 then again@7AM. Absolutely disgusting& unacceptable!!! Because of event in area all other places we called were booked, otherwise I would not have stayed here.

I didn't appreciate being charged $15 a day for parking on top of my room charge.... Kind of predatory and ridiculous if you ask me. I most likely won't say it another Home2 suites because of this.

Very good place to stay for a good rate. The quality was a welcome surprise.

Large enough room for two with a full kitchen. Very clean. Close to the Athletics ballpark, 15-minute walk. Lime scooters close by if needed, 3 minutes to ballpark. Standard hotel breakfast with waffle maker. Bowling alley close by. Clean and well-maintained swimming pool A welcome nicety for hot days.

The kitchenette in the unit was nice, was not expecting that. Shower stall vs tub with shower. Who uses a bathtub anyways? Workout room was clean, well outfitted

The plug ins near my bed did not work so I had to buy a charger with longer cord for my phone. I couldn’t control my ac which was a bit frustrating especially in the evening. Someone did reach out about the issues but it was not resolved during my stay.

Very spacious room.

Very loud noise from above floor. Any water flushing/steps can be heard. The door to the bathroom was broken. Almost no food(some cereal only) was left at 9:30 as breakfast. Parking cost $10

extremely noisy. Our fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night and the room is by an outside door and stairs. Every time anyone opened it and it would slam closed the room would literally shake. ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT!

The suite that my fiancé and I stayed was so comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. And breakfast was okay. I would definitely return.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom door. It would slide. I prefer the door to close shut instead of slide. Also the air vent was not working.
