Boavista is a vibrant, creative district home to some of the city's most popular attractions: The Fundação Serralves, a cutting-edge art museum and villa in lush wooded gardens, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal are a beautiful green space with a glass palace at its centre and a great view of the Douro river, while the Mercado Bom Sucesso is the perfect spot to have something to eat. With a variety of local and international cuisine, cafes and a supermarket. The stunning Casa da Música is a world-renowned concert hall and one of the most acoustically advanced in the world. It hosts a variety of musical events throughout the year.
It is conveniently located within walking distance to both Casa da Música station (6 minutes walk) and Francos station (8 minutes walk). This prime location allows for easy access to public transportation.
Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
The street is a highly desirable location due to its central position in the city, for that reason it can be noisy.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

The house is very much older than looks like in the photos. Very noise whether from outside noises and for neighbours, old building. The staff at the check-in were not nice.
