Warm, comfortable, clean, excellent location and parking place included.

Location was perfect and the flat was some where I could personally live with no problems so all in all it exceeded my expectations. Parking would be the only comment that I would make as it was tight, to say the least but then again, I also have an Audi Q$ Etron and its a big car. All that was required was moving the mins from the wall in front and then putting them back so all in all, not a negative comment, just an observation that I believe would make things easier for others.

Very thoughtfully set out apartment, everything was in the right place. Lovely and comfortable and excellently equipped. It was really central to Whitby town centre, which was just a short 5 mins walk away. Really enjoyed our stay here and will be back.

Not really a didn't like but there was an issue with the outdoor key on the first night but the owner resolved the issue as quickly as possible the next morning. Although this didn't impact what we had planned it was still frustrating. But couldn't fault the owner for him getting things sorted.

Close proximity to Whitby. A parking space, albeit tight. Privacy

The property is overlooked on all sides so the blinds had to be semi closed all the time. Upon arrival we found that the shower head was mouldy and had to be scrubbed and disinfected before use. This is not acceptable to anybody. Also, the waste plugs to both bath and basin were filthy and had to be removed and cleaned before use. The double mattress has several springs protruding and should either be replaced or as a temporary measure have a mattress topper. The lighting in the lounge was so dim that, as there was only one standard lamp only one person could read sitting on the settee. The centre light in the kitchen is not over the table so that was no help when trying to read there! There was no hairdryer to be found. Upon arrival the telephone number for the owner went unanswered and emails were undeliverable to the email address in the folder provided. Sadly there is no recycling facility on site.
