Die Ferienwohnung war fußläufig 10 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt mit vielen guten Shopping- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Es werden auch Privatparkplätze angeboten. Wir können die Ferienwohnung im wunderschönen Kurort Bad Zwischenahn sehr gerne empfehlen.
Der erste Eindruck vom Wohnblock, in dem sich die Ferienwohnung befindet. Aber die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig mit Blick ins Grüne, also tip top.

Das Wort "Seeblick" ist total übertrieben. Den See hat man nur beim verlassen der Wohnung gesehen ! Das trübt alles ein bisschen ein, Schade !

Lage am Ortsrand, dafür aber schön ruhig.Zur Stadmitte ca. 15 Minuten über schöne Wege zu laufen.

Die Lage für Staedtetouren nach Leer und Aurich usw.
Das die Sonne aufgrund der hohen Bäume nicht auf den Balkon fiel sowie der Krach eines nahegelegenen Baumfällers über mehrere Tage. Und vor allem der Gestank der Blaualgen im Hafen und im See - schade, schwimmen im See war daher nicht möglich,
