Moderne Einrichtung, Parkplatz, direkt am Haus, fußläufig zur Innenstadt
Die Matratzen im zweiten Schlafzimmer Einzelbetten waren leider schon etwas durch gelegen. Und im Schrank lagen noch Socken vom vor-Mieter.

We had an excellent stay. The apartment was simple but comfortable and had everything we needed for two people. The kitchen was well equipped, and we especially appreciated the stove and the large refrigerator. The location was great: the town center is about a 25-minute walk away, and there’s a lovely café by the lake, Schänke zum Wels, just 10 minutes away. We also enjoyed the beautiful forest and walking trails around the lake.
Nothing worth mentioning. We had a great stay.

Sauberkeit top, Ausstattung ebenfalls. Infos in der Wohnung (ein ganzer Ordner voll, wenn auch nicht alle aktuell). Küche haben wir nicht benutzt, ist aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Da wir nur übernachtet haben und sonst Mahlzeiten bei unserer Familie eingenommen haben, hat die Wohnung den Zweck gut erfüllt.
Dusche: Die Regendusche war leider sehr verkalkt und deshalb kein schönes Erlebnis. Ebenso müsste die Gummilippe in der Duschtüre neu befestigt werden. Nur ein kleines Details, was aber den Komfort etwas beeinträchtigt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, nett eingerichtet und gemütlich.
Die Bäume vor der Wohnung machen die Wohnung ein wenig dunkel. Da man jedoch sowieso tagsüber unterwegs ist, fällt das kaum ins Gewicht.
