Awesome cleaning staff
Front desk had two gals, one gal was awesome while the other kept interrupting her to help her with her work.. it was kinda rude

Pristine room. Friendly staff. Felt luxurious. Great price for a beautiful room.
A/C temp couldn’t be adjusted. Got a little cold. Had to use towels as a blanket.

Bad: Front desk staff at check-in was rude and unprofessional. Television did not work for half the visit. Why no ice on every floor?
