Landlords were really nice, couldn't speak English but communication was still okay. Accommodation has a huge garden with many trees and shadows, so sitting outside in midsummer is still comfortable.
Nearby supermarket is a bit pricey but you can reach the next biggest city (Zadar) in around 20mins when traveling by car. There you can also go swimming at the beach.
So to sum it up: a great location when you dislike tourist-packed spots!
The jacuzzi mentioned in the description does not exist.
It's hard to travel to the nearest city by foot.
