Czysto i blisko morza, bardzo dobra komunikacja miejska (tramwaj ma przystanek pod oknem, ale go w ogóle nie słychać, więc super)
Na zdjęciach wygląda bardzo ładnie, ale w środku gorzej. Stare tapety pomalowane na biało, kontakty z PRL, łozko jedno skrzypiące i twarde. Dość małe pokoje, ale było wiadomo po metrażu

Apartament czysty, przystanek tramwajowy pod blokiem. Krótkim spacerkiem morzna dojść do morza. W pobliżu sklep Dino, dla chętnych budki z przekąskami. Okolica spokojna i czysta.

Das schöne Meer von Brzezno ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu erreichen, auch Einkaufsmöglickeiten waren in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar
Oberflächlich wirkte die Unterkunft hübsch, bei genauerem Hinsehen aber nicht sauber genug. Die Wände waren abgenutzt, das Sofa war befleckt und roch moderig. In den Handtüchern waren Haare zu finden und in den Tagesdecken alte Essensflecken. Als es Probleme mit dem Check-Out gab, waren die Gastgeber leider schlecht zu erreichen.
