Ciche spokojne osiedle, dobrze zabezpieczone nowoczesne . Podziemny garaż. Bliskość morza. Bliskość miasta , portu. Park oraz promenada spacerowa.

Słabe wyposażenie, brak chociażby solniczki, półki w łazience, kluczy do mieszkania (zatrzaśnięcie wyrzucając śmieci oznacza wycieczkę dookoła budynku, aby wejść na nowo, a nie pamiętając kodu bez telefonu czekasz aż ktoś otworzy furtkę). Skrzypiące i niewygodne łóżka, wykończenie i wyposażenie mieszkania po totalnie najmniejszej linii oporu. Ściany krzyczące o odmalowanie, a pod łóżkami kłęby kurzy. Za taką kwotę poza sezonem, oczekuje się wyższego standardu.
