Great stay

We seen several bears which was neat. The condo had a great view off the back balcony. The condo itself was beautiful and comfortable accommodating us 5 adults.

One roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one garbage bag in each trash bin. You could at least leave two rolls per restroom and two bags per garbage bin for the price of the condo. We did buy toilet paper, but didn't think about garbage bags. Anyways it was fun and a nice place to stay.

Lovely mountain location and close to Gatlinburg.

The property is about as high as you can go and gave us amazing views of the mountains. There was plenty of room for our stay and the property was clean throughout.

The WiFi didn’t work for the full two days we stayed there. I’m not totally reliant on the internet but it made things difficult. I messaged the contact provided in my welcome data but had no response.

Several areas of deferred maintenance including doors and windows that leak air, glass in patio door needs replacement, light over stove doesn't work, fan in master bedroom doesn't work, refrigerator dings constantly requesting a new water filter, couch cushions need replacement or repair, metal chairs need overs on their feet so they don't scratch the floor

We had a wonderful trip that weekend with awesome friends. That was the main objective..

Nice chalet; however, climbing 4 flights of steps wasn't too easy. Decor was modern & very chic. Property was beautiful..

The floors throughout the chalet were filthy. Our socks & feet were black the first night. Bathroom floors were dirty as well. There was 2 inches of hair & dust on the baseboards. BTW, guest that stayed there before us left a pair of nasty socks on the couch. I called to report an alarm going off in the mechanical room & I think I annoyed Shana. I had called a couple of times to ask a couple of questions & I think she was a little put out with me.

wasn’t very clean, there was a nail sticking out from the carpet that cut my daughters foot, the door to the balcony was falling apart, the tub was clogged and took forever to drain

overall good value and location, great design

the view was fantastic and the design was right up our alley

there was a great deal of hair and dirt on the floor that made us feel the facilities were not cleaned properly in between guests. there were a few light fixtures not functioning properly either- one fan had a light pull missing and the other bedroom has a burnt out lamp

Exceptional

I like everything about it . It was quiet. Peaceful and relaxing.the kids love it. Just wished just wished the pool was open. But it was to cold 🥺 but another than that. We enjoyed ourselves 🙂 we'll be back next year in the summer time
