Good sized family apartment in a nice part of town!

Location was good / lots or good bars, restaurants and whopping / close to transport and it was reasonably quiet. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

The location was amazing. Easy walking to eatery, entertainment, and especially Dunkin Donuts. :)

We could occasionally hear the people upstairs dragging their chair, talking, and stomping through out the late night.

Modestly priced for short notice. Clean trek to Logan Square and Downtown in under 20 minutes. Great local community.

Multiple check in delays and unannounced management around the property that inconvenienced our group. Dirty sheets and bathrooms. No cleaning equipment to clean up after ourselves despite the rules clearly stating to do so. Smell of a dead rat.

Nice apartment and neighborhood. Very difficult--and stressful--check-in process.

Apartment looked exactly like pictures. Beds were comfortable. Was very clean. Lots of amenities in the neighborhood.

The check-in process was very difficult. After confirming our arrival time with the host, we were left waiting on the sidewalk for over an hour. The host was unreachable - by phone, by email, and by booking.com. We were just about to give up and try to find a new location when - finally - the host provided the check-in instructions. Then it was extremely difficult to find the lockbox. There are two entrances to the property, and the address provided on booking.com is not the same as the address in the check-in instructions. That said, when we eventually were able to enter the apartment, it was quite nice.

Not terrible, could be better

good location, nice neighborhood but during night it's a little bit noisy (cars, traffic, etc).

Terrible communication with the property manager. There was a lot of back and forth when trying to book an extra night, and I was only told the day before check-in that it wasn't possible. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with insufficient silverware, dinnerware, and mugs for six people. One of the bedroom and bathroom doors was extremely noisy when opened or closed. Toiletries were almost empty upon arrival. Also, be aware that they rent out more than one property, so the pictures may not exactly match the unit you receive.

Parking (Ended up having to park 15 min away)1st time visiting Chicago, didn’t know about parking & car got towed. However, other than that & a few hiccups during check-in my family & I enjoyed our stay.

Not as good as it claims to be.

I liked the decorations. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms.

I waited over an hour for check in instructions. I called the host 20 times & texted them at least 10 times. It was extremely sketchy. I purposely booked it because it said it was close to my destination, but ended up being 40 minutes instead of 10 minutes away from my destination. The door to get in was broken. The place is not as clean and updated as it says it is. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. And the beds all squeak if you move even a little bit. The place needs to be better taken care of. And needs to have the location updated on the map. The host also needs to send you the check in instructions early in the morning the day of so guests are not waiting or struggling to get in, which is a common issue according to the business owners nearby the place. Also everything echoes in the place and I can hear the neighbors.

Location is great. Our daughter lives in Ukrainian Village very convenient. The property is large enough, new and clean. Beds are very comfy!

My only problem with this property is the lack of local television. There is no cable TV and the property relies on an antenna to get what minimal free TV is available. It fades in and out very frustrating.

this apartment is beautiful! amazing! I loved the beds. it’s so spacious. everything is just gorgeous and new and well equipped. the location is great. near many shops and restaurants. loved the cute bars all around the neighborhood. we used a car so I’m not sure about public transportation but the location seemed central.
