Location close enough to city by taxi about 1500-2000 Tenge.Friendly and helpful staff in restaurant and at reception
Unfortunately the housekeeping staff were not very attentive to requests , the reception relayed requests but the housekeeping ( one staff member in particular) did not action and I had to make the request again after a few hours. It happened on a couple occasions.
