About this house rental

Our Lake House has all the amenities of home. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and a half bath, 2 Queen size pull-out couch beds. A fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer, central air and heat, 2 televisions, a DVD player, a full size living room and 2 enclosed sun porches. The outside patio is complete with table, chairs and furniture to relax and enjoy the sunsets. A propane grill, a firepit and corn hole boards are also waiting for you. The rental comes with a 24' Pontoon Boat to be used as you wish. It sits beside Marks Landing restaurant to enjoy a meal or have a drink.... The house rents from 6 p.m. Sunday until 12 noon the following Sunday. A $400.00 security deposit is required . The house is a must see ....There is no paint or dry wall all the rooms are of a different type of wood and the yard is beautifully landscaped. The house is available all year as Mother Nature paints the seasons in our Ohio town.

The pictures online do not do this place justice. It was gorgeous. So close to the lake and boat. So close to Marks Landing restaurant and food was great. The patio was huge and plenty of seating. Will book again.

We had a lovely time at this beautiful property. Pictures don’t do it justice. We loved the patio area with gorgeous landscaping throughout and a great view of the lake! House was very accommodating. The grandkids really enjoyed the nearby playground and beach area at the state park. We loved having use of the pontoon boat whenever we wanted. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

We enjoyed our weekend stay here so very much! We were having a girl’s bachelorette weekend, and it was the perfect location for what we wanted.. fire pit, the pontoon boat, beautiful lake view and gorgeous house.. felt like a homey cabin on the inside. Marks Landing, just a small walk down the road was incredible as well! Ate there each night. Thank you so much for the stay! Hope to come back.

My siblings all live in the area so it was the perfect location for us all to hang out and enjoy the FAMILY, fall colors, a fire, the lake and boat :-) It was the perfect weekend! Looking forward to doing it again soon!!!

We have stayed in several cottages throughout the past 22 years. We found this one online and since it contained the pontoon and we love to fish it was a great find. My parents stayed across the lake at the state camping park. We were able to enjoy the fishing the public beach and the restaurant next-door. We had a great time. When there was an issue with our boat/pontoon the owners were very quick to come and get us and solve the problem. We are definitely looking forward to going back in the future.

Very nice house, we’ll-equipped, and a perfect view. Definitely eat at Marc’s Landing — the food is delicious! We also found a cafe close by called Two Smart Cookies, which we highly recommended!

This cottage could not have been better. There were 3 of us that stayed. My wife and I and my father. It was so relaxing. The views of the lake were amazing and it was great sitting on the porch watching the boats go by. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including extra spices, oils, aluminum foil and plastic wrap. The beds were comfortable and it was great having 2 bathrooms. We also enjoyed the short walk to Mark's Landing for dinner. The hosts were great and responded to any questions I had immediately. We are looking forward to going back soon.

Cottage was absolutely beautiful inside. The finish carpenters were artist. Each room is finished in a different wood. Landscaping is amazing. Owners are really friendly helpful people

We stayed this summer and it was truly amazing and relaxing the place was clean and the owner's were more than helpful they have everything you need just pack a bag and have a great get away Love watching the sunset on the pontoon boat that is included also watching it from the Gazebo at Mark's Landing was delightful service was great and the food was amazing. Tried to book a week for next year but it was booked the week we needed and they recommend 2 other places on the lake owned by other people how many people would do that. AMAZING

I stumbled upon this very warm and inviting little lake home on Craigslist. I can not say enough great things about this place. I got it as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday. As soon as we walked in he requested that we get an additional night.
