About this villa rental
Companion dogs are welcome, as long as they are clean, calm and respectful of the accommodation.
Villa BLANCHE is a superb modern house with a refined style located in a residential area of Gosier, on the second line facing the sea.
This holiday home is located halfway between Grande Terre and Basse Terre. You can get to the beach of the dacha in less than 5 minutes but also to all the useful shops (bakery, supermarkets, gas station, pharmacy...).
The villa will offer you a large living space thanks to its living room and its 3 terraces.
LAYOUT: The house is on 3 levels, which will allow you to enjoy different sea views in complete privacy.
Pool level: On this level, you can enjoy sunbathing in front of the magnificent mirror pool, a large outdoor lounge backlit at night. And an annex will allow you to maintain your laundry and store your suitcases.
The access to the house is on the upper level: You will discover the living room entirely open to 2 terraces.
- 1 first terrace at the back with a dining area that can accommodate 6 people and a barbecue area.
- 1 second terrace of 70 m2 facing the sea will allow you to enjoy the sun on a bed provided for this purpose, to relax with a planter on a large corner sofa and to dine on a dining table that can accommodate up to 12 guests.
On the 1st level of the house is the sleeping area, composed as follows:
- 1 master suite equipped with a king-size bed with a private living room, a dressing room, a bathroom and a separate toilet
- 1 second bedroom with a double bed in 140, a dressing room and a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 children
- 1 third bedroom with a king-size bed
All rooms are air-conditioned and facing the sea (view of the Basse Terre and the Saintes)
A shower room is shared with bedrooms 2 and 3.
On the first floor swimming pool, there is an independent bedroom that can accommodate 2 people.
The house is equipped with 2 city water cisterns (total capacity of 2000 L).
A parking area secured by an electric gate can accommodate 2 to 3 cars.
A white cat named "PERLE" is present in the garden of the house.
A TOURIST TAX OF €2.30 PER ADULT PER NIGHT WILL BE PAYABLE ON SITE.
A 2-hour intermediate cleaning will take place if your stay lasts 10 nights.
Beyond 14 nights, the sheets will be changed.

We were a group of 8 from Scotland, New York and Colorado. Including two 7year old children. None of us had ever been to Guadeloupe before..
The house was great for us. 3 bedrooms upstairs…one down by the pool. Large living / dining / kitchen space. Much better ocean views than the photos !! Pool was perfect for our group…amazing sunset views to the west.
Good location…we visited as far east as St Francois and Pointe des Chateaux, north up to Port Louis, west to Basse Terre to the Cousteau reserve and other stuff near Petit Bourg. Nowhere was more than about a 50 minute drive. There is a really good boulangerie and a local supermarket about 2 minute drive away…and bigger supermarkets at 5 and 10 minutes drive.
Check in and out was easy…we were allowed to check in a few hours before the official time which was very convenient for us.
Altogether, a great 11 day trip.

The house is perfectly situated for easy access to all that Guadeloupe has to offer. It is well equipped, spacious with a fantastic pool. We wish we could have stayed for longer!
