Incredible views peaceful Excellent host

The apartments are even more lovely in person than they are in the pictures and the view from the second floor balcony is stunning, we had several mornings where we just read while looking at the mountains in the distance. Parking is right across the street and offers plenty of space. There is a really good restaurant with a patio that looks over the valley leading to the mountains across the street next to the parking spaces with incredible food and wonderful hosts. We highly recommend the house salad which was a highlight of our trip and 10/10 post hiking food! Sougia is about 15-20min down the road from the hotel and there are several incredible hikes nearby making this a great location to base yourself out of. We recommend Agia Eirini Gorge (sometimes spelled Irini), Lissos Gorge, and of course Samaria Gorge. The hotel is really well taken care of, very large (especially by European standards), and has everything you need to do food prepping for day trips. If you want to use the pool make sure to let them know ahead of time, we didn't use it but they look very pleasant! We had a wonderful time and hope to one day make the trip back out to Crete to stay here again, thank you for having us!

The Terrasse was bug and super beautiful view!!

The staff was not friendly nor warm. We asked for the sofa to be prepared as a bed and it was not and every day they took it apart again. We shared our feedback straight away that we need the sofa as a bed and do not want the towels to be changed but they did not listen to the feedback. The person behind their communication is wonderful but she is not part of the staff.
