Het was een ontspannende ervaring!

De jacuzzi was een meerwaarde. Het interieur was erg mooi ingericht. Alles was aanwezig dat je nodig had om bijvoorbeeld te koken. De open haard maakte de gezelligheid van het huisje af, en gaf voldoende warmte. De locatie was top om te combineren met uitstappen zoals wij deden we bvb de laddertjes wandeling en een bezoek aan Bouillon. We bevelen het iedereen aan!

Het cash geld dat we moesten geven voor de waarborg was gemakkelijker geweest mocht payconic mogelijk geweest zijn. De keu die bij de pool tafel aanwezig was was scheef en de tafel was niet recent, maar het was wel een leuke meerwaarde om ons te ontspannen.

Gezellig, genieten en rust

Alle faciliteiten die de accomondatie biedde + ingechecked na aangeraden aankomsttijd, was geen probleem voor de host!

Alles was tip top in orde, alleen werkte de sauna niet, maar die wouden we zowiezo niet gebruiken!

Verblijf met jacuzzi op goede locatie om Bouillon en omgeving te ontdekken.

De jacuzzi in de tuin en de locatie. Enkele km van Bouillon, ideale uitvalsbasis om dingen te doen.

De prijs. Ik vind het zeer jammer, maar de prijs kwaliteit verhouding zit niet oke. De accommodatie is slechts de helft per nacht waard naar mijn persoonlijke mening. De jacuzzi is top, maar de bedden te smal en geen goede kwaliteit. En qua properheid heb ik me ook gestoord aan stof en vuile hoeken. Ik miste ook gordijnen aan de ramen. De glazen voordeur heeft geen verduistering, je hebt het gevoel dat men binnen kijkt. Bovendien was zowel de trap als de tuinpad spiegelglad door de vries temperaturen. Het was oprecht gevaarlijk om met onze koffers naar de auto te gaan. Voor de prijs verwacht ik gewoonweg meer. We hadden met het gezin een fijne tijd, maar de hoge prijs knaagde.

Teleurstelling

Sympathieke en vriendelijke gastheer. De locatie van verblijf: dichtbij Bouillon maar en rustige en landelijke omgeving.

Teleurstelling!! Op de website stond vermeld dat er een zwembad en jacuzzi beschikbaar zouden zijn, iets waar we de hele dag naar uitkeken. Tot onze teleurstelling bleek het zwembad niet beschikbaar bij aankomst (stond nergens, zelf niet in de klein lettertjes) Daarna ondervonden we nog een aantal problemen. We hebben €60 extra betaald voor het schoonmaak, maar bij binnenkomst vonden we spinnenwebben, bladeren op het terras en veel stof. Zelfs een vuilbak van de vorige gasten was niet geleegd. Voor deze prijs vinden we dit echt onacceptabel! Daarnaast was er een houtkachel aanwezig, maar zonder lucifers, wat het lastig maakte om het te gebruiken. Ook was er een koffiezetapparaat, maar er ontbraken koffiefilters, maar wel een lege doosje daarvan, wat wijst op een gebrek aan zorg en aandacht voor de gasten. Voor een accommodatie van deze standaard hadden we op zijn minst verwacht dat er basisvoorzieningen zoals douchegel of handzeep beschikbaar zouden zijn, wat helaas ook niet het geval was. Tot slot was de trap gevaarlijk glad na het regen. Eén van ons is uitgegleden en heeft nu last van haar arm en heup. Dit hebben we gemeld bij de eigenaar, die bevestigde dat hij op de hoogte was van de gladheid, maar nog actie moet ondernemen. Wij vinden dat een waarschuwing hierover voor aankomst nodig zou zijn!
