Posto molto tranquillo, ad un tiro di schioppo dal mare e dalla spiaggia, casa grande, accogliente, luminosa e con una bellissima cucina-soggiorno attrezzata di tutto punto. La posizione è molto strategica, il terrazzo bellissimo offre un bel panorama. Pulizia curata in tutti i dettagli, dai servizi igienici alle stanze.

We were welcomed to the accommodation by Stefano, who was very kind, explained everything to us, and showed us around. He was available throughout our stay, and communication via WhatsApp after check-in was quick. The accommodation is really spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. Upon arrival, there’s a large bottle of water in the fridge. We were also pleased to find a sun umbrella with three foldable chairs that you can borrow for the beach, which is just a few steps away. Nearby, there are several restaurants, cafés, and small shops. If you’re looking for a supermarket, ARD, Despar, and Conad are within driving distance. There’s also a pharmacy close by. Street parking is possible, as the area immediately in front of the building is a ZTL zone. We will definitely want to return to this place someday! We really enjoyed our stay.

For some, the stairs might be a drawback since it’s quite high up, but it didn’t bother us. You get used to it after a few trips up and down. One of the rooms doesn’t have air conditioning, only a ceiling fan, which unfortunately has weaker airflow compared to the other room. We had to keep the window open, which faces the beach. Over the weekend, it was a bit noisy, and there was even a boxing match, so the first night was somewhat challenging. We’re not upset—noise can be expected from the seaside promenade. Be careful: if you have the air conditioning on while showering and also turn on the dishwasher, you’ll trip the main fuses, which are located on the ground floor next to the entrance. The red sun umbrella could use replacing.
