Comfy 2-Bed Balcony Unit near Iconic Chapel St

Incredible location, clean, everything you need for a weekend in Melbourne

Expensive for what you’re getting, not a seamless check in or check out experience since you have to pick up and drop off the keys 600m away, and slow communication from staff

Property was in an excellent location.

Very basic furniture. Beds were horribly uncomfortable, rooms were boiling hot with no aircon. Fridge was old and made most of noise. Neighbours were quite noisy.

Location of easily accessible for uber. Short walk from shops and tram/train station. Very clean as well. Very convenient

thin walls so can hear a lot of what is happening outside/ in hall.

The location of the property was excellent, within walking distance to Chapel Street.

The apartment was not what it appeared on the ad, needs a little TLC, the balcony had 2 old fold up chairs to sit on, maybe a plant and some nice outdoor table & chair set to sit on for morning coffee, the couches had some old blanket covers, there wasn't even a blanket or throw on the beds, it's winter and no extra covering, the bed matrasses were very springy and not too comfortable. The bathroom basin was hard to access with a shelf right above, had to duck under shelf or risk banging my head. I think with a little investment this could be a really warmly decorated and cozy apartment in an excellent location within walking distance to restaurants, markets and shopping.
