De locatie was geweldig, dichtbij het strand in de gezellige wijk Gros met leuke winkels en barretjes. Drie slaapkamers plus een plek in de parkeergarage. Daardoor erg geschikt voor gezin of groter gezelschap.
Weinig daglicht en frisse lucht, waardoor de achterste twee slaapkamers zeer benauwd aanvoelen. Gelukkig waren er goede fans in alle ruimtes, dat hielp een beetje. Verder weinig faciliteiten in de keuken, we misten keukengerei, (brood)mes en waterkoker.

Der var ikke mulighed for frisk luft eller lys i to af soveværelserne og køkkenet. Køkkenet var dårligt udstyret. Sengene kunne ha været bedre. Der var noget væske som kastet op af væggen i køkkenet som ikke var vasket af. Generelt var lejligheden slidt og bar præg af intens udlejning. Prisen er for høj i forhold til standarden.
