The apartment was very spacious. It was really nice to have separate rooms for ourselves and the children. The washing machine was great, even detergent was provided! The location was great, near the beaches and directly near some great cafes and a good bakery.
I would’ve liked to have airconditioning. The balcony has no outside view, it’s in a triangle view with other apartment buildings balconies. We kept the lace curtains shut.

Great location, spacious apartment
Windows face a backyard which residents seem to treat like a trash can. Not a pleasant view. A lot of noise not from the street, but from loud neighbors, barking dogs, crying babies, and (in the day) construction workers. Apartment could use a little maintenance here and there (broken shower door, crooked floors).

La situación es excelente
El apartamento tiene falta de mantenimiento, zócalos descochados, papelera del baño rota, mampara de la ducha con problemas en la guia, una puerta en el pasillo que da a un patio de luces que da asco, el agua de la ducha no muy caliente y las ventanas de las habitaciones dan a un patio de luces bastante deprimente.
