About this house rental
Spacious, luxury beach 3-story townhouse (with 2 flights of stairs) features three large bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space. Located two blocks from the beach, our home offers a modern, comfortable getaway for families, friends, golf trips, wedding parties, and business travelers. Located near the most popular restaurants and nightlife in Jax Beach. A short drive to NFL games, golf courses, and concerts. Off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles. You will have the entire home to yourself.
Our home's spacious common area is a perfect meeting place for any occasion. Plentiful seating in both the living and dining areas allows groups large and small to make the very most of the home. Two bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor, and one is located on the ground floor Our home's proximity to the beach allows guests to be on the sand in seconds.
Our home includes a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with plates, utensils, and cookware to easily handle large gatherings. Brand-new stainless steel appliances and plentiful countertop space make cooking and dining a dream.
Our home includes a large washer and dryer as well as dozens of big towels for the beach. All beds come with clean sheets and all bathrooms include fresh towels. Complimentary soap and shampoo are provided. Iron, ironing board, and hairdryers are available.
Our home is equipped with Gigabit-speed WiFi.
We love pets! $30/night/pet
We live in Jacksonville Beach but we like to give you privacy during your stay. Should you need anything during your stay, we are available via call/text/airbnb messenger.
This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

Take Uber and Lyft if you don't feel like driving yourself. Most people drive their own vehicles around here, though.

This house is nice, clean and roomy. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood, felt safe going for morning and evening walks. It is great proximity of the beach just a quick drive or walk. There is plenty of restaurants grocery stores in the area etc…. The rental hosts has awesome customer service and communication. Absolutely no problems. Only complaint is my wife had to clean up 5 dog land mines in the back yard to be able to utilize the backyard. I would absolutely not hesitate in renting this house again.

Overall, this house was perfect for our brief stay in Jax Beach with 2 adults and 6 kids (ages 4-17). The house was well appointed and super clean. That means a lot to someone who finds staying in rentals a bit anxiety provoking. We found so many supplies provided that we didn’t know about ahead of time. High quality paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap etc. We are used to supplying much of this ourselves when we rent and was so nice finding all the supplies we needed in place. Our kids thought this home was awesome! The walk to the beach is a breeze. The house’s proximity to restaurants and pier was perfect. We enjoyed V’s Pizza and Dockside Seafood. Our kids asked if we could stay at this same home in the future and we would say yes, of course! The spaciousness of this home was super nice for a family of 8. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful!
