About this house rental
Located 5 minutes walk to #1 Siesta Key Beach, famous bar and restaurants. This beauty has a private court yard with a fountain to enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book. A large swimming pool with a private dock on a canal navigable to the Gulf of Mexico with a shore filed with magnificent stands of mangrove, manatees, herons, pelicans for your enjoyment.
A large patio with a pool only a step from the master bedroom. The living room faces the swimming pool and the Grand Room has sweeping views of the water through large sliding glass doors which, when open, let you bring the outdoors into the home.
The master suite features a queen size bed and master bath with walk-in shower and a large bathtub.
The second bedroom features two twin beds and en suite bathroom with single sink and a bathtub.
The Grand Room features a King Size Bed with your own private fireplace for a cozy night.
The kitchen features refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, primary sink with garbage disposal and prep sink on the center island.

Nice home. Although it was a short walk to the beach, it was preferred to the houses closer because it is on a quiet street with a lot less foot traffic and people than the main stretch. The house set up was nice, just a few minor upkeep things that caused some inconvenience. Overall we had a great time!

We greatly enjoyed our first time in Siesta Key Village. Great location to walk to restaurants and beach. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings. The house was as advertised. We would recommend!

Usually you hear that, and it is a cover for a poorly maintained property. Not in this case. Tommy and Ana have done a great job with this property, upgrading it tastefully, while maintaining some of the old school beach house feel.The property and hosts are very inviting. It feels like a home away from home, and Tommy and Ana made it clear they were available should anything come up. They even stopped by (after checking in with us) to make sure the trash was picked up, the pool was clean, and there were no issues since we stayed a week. They are people you feel you could sits down and share stories over a cocktail.Ana put out some nice surprises for us that we thoroughly enjoyed, and I will say for all the places I have stayed, they are at the top of the list of hosts based on my decades of experience traveling.The pool is perfect for days where you just don’t want to go to the beach or there is a known storm coming. And if you are a big of a homebody, the couches are comfortable, rooms are spacious (much larger than you would guess looking at the place from the front), and there is a good TV and Cable service that allows you to watch movies or shows or use your favorite streaming service.Wrapping up where I started: LOCATION. We barely used our vehicles. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. Great restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping, food market, liquor store, BEACH, and just about anything else you could need.We highly recommend this place and the hosts. Perfect for just about any situation. You won’t regret it!
