Location of the property is amazing, and the higher floors give you an amazing view of the Gulf. The large wrap around balcony made it nice to spread out and the polywood furniture on the balcony was very much appreciated. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Plus there was plenty of extra sheets and blankets available in each closet. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances you could need. Washer and dryer worked wonderfully fast and cleaned clothes nicely. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and the property management. All the pictures I added were taken from the balcony.Had a minor issue with plumbing in the master bath but called Dana and she responded to my text right away and resolved the issue very quickly.

Absolutely gorgeous condo and views. Highly recommend this unit. Only complaint are the elevators- they were filthy, only 2 for 20 floors, and closed so quickly that sometimes no one got on because they were so full of people getting off. We had a wonderful stay otherwise and would come back.

It is always a wonderful experience

Our family spent 39 nights at the condo, over Christmas and Jan. 2025. Pros: Beautiful with amazing views! The king beds were comfortable.Large spacious balcony with great furniture and views of the ocean, sunrise and sunsets. Large, efficient, personal laundry room. (The dryer buzzer will cause you a fright!). Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Loved the air fryer and Keurig coffee pot.There are beach chairs to use at the condo and also in the garage pool area to borrow.Quiet condo, didn’t really ever hear the neighbors.We loved our walks on the beach. The Sea and Suds restaurant is so close and serves up great food.Cons: Arrived to broken items: dishwasher, toaster, 2 dining room chairs, kitchen lights, clock, among other things. Management addressed most issues quickly.Bunk room is very dark and small. Top bunk had a 100lb weight limit and was not made upon arrival. There is no storage in this room.The hot tub, pool, gym and sauna are located in the next building. That was disappointing.We had a water leak from the condo above.The vents in the ceiling howled and whistled for hours when the wind was in the wrong direction. Dirty dishes in the cupboards. We were there for the 8” snow storm. Both elevators were down for two days. This was concerning if there had been a health issue. We are rethinking staying on the higher floors again.
